Getting started for Office Administrators
Create Careers, review applications, and manage people for offices you administer.
An Office Administrator works in the offices that person administers. Access to Careers, applications, and people follows those offices.
Before you start
- You must be signed in.
- An Office Administrator can create Careers for administered offices, review applications for those offices, and update people in those offices.
- An Office Administrator can view and update offices they administer. That role cannot add a new office.
- An Office Administrator cannot add payment information. That role does not see Billing & Usage.
- An Office Administrator cannot invite an organization-wide Administrator or Owner.
Create a Career
Create an open role for an office you administer.
- Open Hire, then open Careers.
- Select Add career.
The page title is Create open role.
In Office & team, select at least one office you administer. If you do not, the form shows: Select at least one office you administer.

Review applications
Review applications for offices you administer.
- Open Hire, then open Applications.
You see applications for those offices. See How to view Applications.
People and offices
View people and locations that belong to offices you administer.
- Open People & Places, then open Employees to view people in those offices. You can update those people and link a user. See How to add an employee.
- Open People & Places, then open Offices to view those locations. You can update an office you administer.
- On an office you administer, select Manage office managers to assign other managers. See How to manage office managers.
After you finish
You can create a Career for an administered office. You can review applications for those offices. You can view offices and people in your scope. You cannot manage organization billing or invite organization-wide Administrators.
