Role summary
The Product Designer advocates for users while crafting cohesive experiences that help customers accomplish their goals efficiently within the product.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and engineering on discovery, prioritization, and delivery
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and synthesis of insights
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma
- Define interaction patterns, design systems, and accessibility standards
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Support QA and launch with design specs and polish reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years of product or UX design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Portfolio demonstrating problem framing, iteration, and shipped work
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design collaboration workflows
- Understanding of responsive web patterns and component-based UI
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical partners
Nice to have
- Experience with design systems at scale
- Basic HTML/CSS literacy for implementation conversations
- Motion design or data visualization expertise
