Role summary
The Consulting Associate contributes to client engagements by conducting research, synthesizing insights, and producing high-quality work products that move projects forward.
Responsibilities
- Support discovery, interviews, and data collection for client projects
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends and recommendations
- Develop presentations, reports, and implementation materials
- Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up action items
- Collaborate with managers and partners to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain organized project files and knowledge resources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
- 0–3 years of consulting, advisory, or analytical experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, slides, and collaboration tools
- Ability to manage time across multiple priorities
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree in progress
- Experience in a specific industry vertical served by the firm
- Familiarity with project management or workflow automation tools
