Role summary
The Medical Office Receptionist is the first impression of the practice, ensuring patients feel welcomed while appointments, records, and communications run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with a professional, compassionate demeanor
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments across providers
- Verify demographics, insurance coverage, and required forms at check-in

Requirements
- 1+ year of medical office, dental, or customer service experience
