Role summary
The Retail Store Manager owns store performance, team development, and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations including opening, closing, and cash handling
- Schedule, coach, and develop retail associates
- Deliver excellent in-person customer service and resolve escalations

Requirements
- 2+ years of retail management or team lead experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail reporting
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus
Nice to have
- Experience in specialty retail, food service, or franchise operations
- Visual merchandising or inventory management background
- Bilingual skills valued in diverse communities
