Role summary

The Service Dispatcher is the hub between customers and field technicians, ensuring timely responses, efficient routing, and clear communication throughout the service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound service calls and capture accurate job details
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skills, location, and priority
  • Provide customers with arrival windows and proactive status updates

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other trades businesses
