Role summary
The Construction Project Manager plans and executes building projects, coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to deliver work safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams
- Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders with the project team
- Monitor site safety, quality control, and compliance with codes and contracts
- Report progress, risks, and financial status to leadership and owners
- Support pre-construction planning, permitting, and closeout documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction project management or site supervision experience
- Working knowledge of commercial or residential building processes and contracts
- Proficiency with scheduling, estimating, and project management tools
- Strong communication skills with owners, architects, and field crews
- OSHA safety training and valid driver’s license
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- PMP, CCM, or similar professional certification
- Experience with LEED, energy code, or prevailing-wage projects
