Opening the Careers Page

Open Careers Page from Hire to edit your public careers site and preview changes.

The Careers Page is your public careers site. Candidates open it to read about your organization and apply for Careers.

Use this page to edit pages, change branding, add tracking, and publish the site. To create a role, see Create a career listing.

Before you start

  • You must be signed in.
  • These plans include this feature: Hire, Hire + Retain, and Enterprise.
  • These roles can open the Careers Page: Owner, Administrator, Hiring Manager, and Office Administrator.

Open Careers Page

  1. Open Hire, then open Careers Page.

The page title is Public careers site. The left panel has two tabs: Pages and Settings. The right side shows a live preview.

Pages and Settings

Pages edits the content candidates see:

  • Homepage
  • Open roles
  • Offices

Select a page name to preview it. Select the pencil to edit that page. See Editing pages.

Settings changes site-wide options:

  • Themes & templates
  • Languages
  • Logo, Cover banner, Colors, Typography, and Footer links
  • Features
  • Tracking
  • Backup & restore
  • LinkedIn job feed, when that option is on
  • Custom domain, when that option is on

Open the public site

  1. Select Open page.
  2. The public careers site opens in a new tab.

The public address can be your Plural careers URL or a custom domain. See Custom domains.
