Branding

Choose a theme, then set the logo, cover, colors, typography, and footer links.

Branding controls how the public careers site looks. Start with a theme if you want a full look. Then change individual settings.

Before you start

  • You must be signed in.
  • These plans include this feature: Hire, Hire + Retain, and Enterprise.
  • These roles can change Careers Page branding: Owner, Administrator, Hiring Manager, and Office Administrator.
  • Open Hire, then open Careers Page. See Opening the Careers Page.
  • Have a logo image ready if you want to upload one. Cover images are optional.

Themes and templates

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Select Themes & templates.
  3. Select a theme.
  4. Select a layout template if you want a different page shell.
  5. Select Save.

The preview updates when you save.

  1. Select Settings, then select Logo.

  1. Turn Show logo on if you want the logo on the site.
  2. Use Logo upload to add an image, or remove the current logo.
  3. Set Logo height.
  4. In Logo layout, select Rectangle (natural width) or Square.
  5. Select Save.

When Show logo is off, applicants see a logo placeholder instead of your image.

Cover banner

  1. Select Cover banner.
  2. Turn Show cover image on if you want the banner on the site.
  3. Use Cover image upload if you want an image.
  4. In Cover style, select None, Solid color, Gradient, or Image.
  5. Select Save.

When Show cover image is off, the banner area is hidden on the public careers site.

Colors and typography

  1. Select Colors.
  2. Set the Page, Header, and Footer colors.
  3. Select Save.
  4. Select Typography.
  5. Set Heading font (CSS) and Body font (CSS).
  6. Select Save.
  1. Select Footer links.
  2. Enter a Homepage URL, Terms URL, Privacy policy URL, and Cookie policy URL if you have them.
  3. Turn Show careers site map link on if you want the footer to include the sitemap.
  4. Select Save.

Empty URL fields stay empty. The footer shows only the links you enter. If Cookie policy URL is empty, the cookie policy link is hidden.

After you finish

A success message shows: Public careers site settings updated.

The preview shows the new branding. Select Open page to confirm the live site after you publish.
