Publishing
Turn the public careers site on or off, and verify your email before you publish.
The publish switch controls whether candidates can open your public careers site.
A Career can still be hidden on the live site. That setting is on the Career. See Managing career settings.
Before you start
- You must be signed in.
- These plans include this feature: Hire, Hire + Retain, and Enterprise.
- These roles can publish the Careers Page: Owner, Administrator, Hiring Manager, and Office Administrator.

Publish the site

- Find the switch next to the preview.

- Turn the switch on.
When the site is live, the label is Your site is currently live.
When the site is not live, the label is Your site is not live. Click to publish.
Verify your email
If your email is not verified, the switch stays off. The text is Your site is not live. Verify your email to publish.
- Select Verify your email.
- Complete the verification steps in the dialog.
- Turn the switch on after your email is verified.
If you try to publish before you verify, the form shows: Verify your email address before publishing your public careers site.
Unpublish the site
- Turn the switch off.
- The label changes to Your site is not live. Click to publish.
Candidates cannot open the public site while it is unpublished. People who can edit the Careers Page can still preview it.
