Sharing careers
Copy the public listing link and check that people can open it.
Use this when the role is ready and you want candidates to open the listing. The Career must be shown on the public careers site and open for applications. If it is hidden, see Managing career settings.
When the public careers site is not live, publish the Careers Page.
To send applicants from Indeed or ZipRecruiter, see Posting to job boards.
Before you start
- You must be signed in.
- These plans include this feature: Hire, Hire + Retain, and Enterprise.
- These roles can copy the public link: Owner, Administrator, Hiring Manager, and Office Administrator.
Copy the link after you create the role
The last create step is Share.
- Select Copy link if you want the public URL.
- Select View Career to open the Career in Plural.
Copy the link from Settings
- Open Hire, then open Careers.
- Select the Career title.
- Select Settings. Confirm that Publish is open.
- In Share your career listing, select Copy link. Select Open public posting to check the listing.
You can change the path after your organization permalink in URL slug. Select Save URL.
From Details, select Preview on Careers Page to open the listing from the Career.
